since bt is a 25 man raid blizzard had to make it so you would make atleast some gold so the trash drop about 1g+ plus cloth greens epics etc

soulstone is a warlcok spell if you watch carefully you will see that there is a warlock in the party and has saved the mages soul with the use of soulstone. Hence why he self ressed :) Not a mage spell
