@ippy98 It's called "Long March Song-Cycle", produced in 1976 by the PLA's August First Film Studio. The performers came from two art troupes - the Song and Dance Ensemble of PLA's Organization Department in Beijing and the Art Troupe of PLA's Air Force Political Department in Beijing. The whole song-cycle is about the Long March, a massive military retreat undertaken by the Chinese Red Army (the forerunner of the PLA) in 1930s. That's why all performers are dressed like the Red Army.
