@DeadmansWoman That's from one of his German films, Die Koffer des Herrn O.F. (aka The 13 Suitcases of Mr. O.F.) It's not on DVD but I recently got to see it screened at the MOMA. Very sweet, amusing film. Peter plays a reporter who helps start a rumor about a rich man visiting an insignificant town. ;)
