  • So i know you said yo stopped doing it for a bit and u're getting back on it or something (as at this video anyway) but i wanted to say that something clearly happened to you between when you shot the day 1 fit test video and this one. I watched this right after that and had to go back. i paused the 1st vid and 0:37 and then looked at the 1st 30secs of this video. Your are seriously more ripped wow!

  • hey im doing p90x and want to get insanity, i do parkour and free runing so will insanity help me with this

  • I was intrested in insanity because you dont need any weights ect. But hearing how some lose muscle mass because its mostly cardio iv been giving it 2nd thoughts. People mention P90x for some weight loss and muscle gain (which is more me) but i dont have the $ to buy all the weights and stuff id need. Suggestions?

  • what happens if your not in good shape and do intensity?

  • whick one do u recommend more

    P90X or insanity?

  • @idk1489 I'll send you a message to an article I wrote which will go into detail on that question for you. Check your Youtube inbox

  • @dude04345 hey can you send me that link too please. Thank you!

  • @dude04345 hey can u send that 2 me 2 or giv me a link

  • I`m planning on buy either the P90X or INSANITY. Which one do you recommend?

  • @idk1489 If you're not quite in shape but want to get in shape, buy P90X. If you're already in good shape but want to get into great shape, buy Insanity.

  • @idk1489

I went with insanity cause I didn't want to go out and by any weights etc. I'm on day 9, and yea I agree with everyone else with being at this point. First 3 days my muscles were so dam sore, but I did the work out dvds a 2nd time through, I could totally feel a difference.. It works, you gotta push..

  • @idk1489 I pirated both of them lol

  • @TheInuyashaFan917 ME TOO , and the insanity asylum, lol

  • hey man does this help with flexibility as well? besides being a soccer player i'm a hip hop dancer learning how to break dance right now and i was just wondering because that would be hitting two birds with one stone. thanks a lot for the vids.

  • Awesome job! WTG~ THX for the post!

  • i have a question for u, wat happens if u miss 1 day do u make up for it the next day and go on from there on or you did all 60 days straight. i just started it and i missed yesterday because i worked over time and didn't get home until 10PM.

  • Would you say that this was a success or not? Because i am looking to buy this video and if its not worth it then i wont.

  • @fignewton9000 If you want a lean, ripped, endurance built body. Insanity is the way to go. It's more cardio and will help strengthen your heart and cardiovascular system like nothing other.

  • @smemo45 $119.85 full price at the team beachbody store. I didn't include tax and shipping cause that depends on where you live and what shipping you choose.

  • damn, you look a lot more cut up than your day 1 fit test. Great job man!

  • how much was insanity

  • i use the perfect push up

  • I definately seen better results from people who used insanity as far as cutness goes and overall trimming. You can see the results he has here from day 1 to this workout. but p90x is used more for sculpting and some muscle building...i have a group of friends that are doing them and i think im going to choose insanity because its more cardio based, better fat burning.

  • so what's good for someone with scrawny arms....that wants bigger arms? Insanity or p90x

  • @warn81 p90x specific arms and back geared workouts. Insanity is more of a core and lower body workout, it still has lots of arms stuff but it's just not as good as p90x.

  • @charmer512

    Thanks!

  • awesome! I'm so proud of you!

  • insanity workout is a 60 day workout

    P90X workout is a 90 day workout

better to go with the p90x because just look at their results its way better then these people, and its a harder workout for a longer time and the exact same price.

the only difference is insanity you dont need to buy any attachments and p90x u need to buy weights, cables, chin upp bars, etc.

spend more money and get p90x its way worth it at the end

  • Isn't this just vinyasa yoga or it incorporates a lot of it?

  • wow, compared to the first day you look so much stronger! I want to try insanity so bad!

  • which do u think is better p90x or the insanity workout?

  • insanity! imo that is.

  • p90x is a muscle confusion workout and Insanity is a max interval workout, which means it gets your cardio up at ur max and bring it down for about 30 sec and then it boost ur cardio up again so on and so forth. so it really depends on ur goal/objectives.

  • @michaelcligon Do the P90X first then hit the Insanity. Then rotate!

  • dam dude cant wait to get it.. it should be coming in the mail in 1-3 days!!!!!!!

  • day 3 is coming up in a few hours cause i didnt eat anything yet, sooo ill let u guys know whatsup

  • ugh i cant wait till i get it, i never got it today although ups said i would get it today

  • woah his whole muscular build is so different OMG

  • would you recommend working out with weights as well...maybe Insanity in the morning then weight training in the afternoon? I heard it is hard to build bulk or muscle mass with this workout. It is more for burning fat and getting lean.

  • Considering how sore you're going to be in the first week/ maybe second week, i'd try doing weight lifting on the same day after 3-4 weeks into this

  • I just ordered this on sunday, I can't wait to start! Watching these videos get me way pumped!

  • i keep hearing about insanity workout....i need it im trying to lose at least 20 pounds. but you doing great lol

  • whoa!!! u look rlly good!!!!! the haircut suits u too!

  • If the program is 10 discs, then are the discs re-watched 6 times or what?

  • theres mroe than one day on a disc retard.

  • Comment removed

  • Just finished my first week! Down to 14% body fat!

For anybody who's wondering about the difficulty of this program, I spent the first 5 days in complete soreness from the obliques down. Especially in the thighs, hip flexors, and glutes.

It was almost impossible to get a good workout in by Day 3 cause my muscles kept spasming, but I managed to push through the pain.

The only things I must stress is STRETCHING and a healthy diet rich in protein!

  • Nice job, man--you really tore it up!

  • Ha,Jay. I 'm intersted in buying Px90, but I'm also curious to find out how many exercises are on one disc. Do u use that one disc for that certain body part for 90 days, or is there another disc for that body part.

  • Yeah you pretty much do one muscle group or group of muscle on each disc. The resistance discs usually follow with Ab Ripper but the cardio disks like Kenpo are just the kenpo workout. Some of the resistance disks focus on similar muscle groups, for example you will do bicep curls on a couple different disks.

  • Hi i wanted to know how good is it for the back because im doing p90x right now and it helps my back pain alot, i dont have pain in between times when i see my chiro anymore which is amazing i wanna know if with insanity it still helps strenghten and stretch the back?

  • GREAT VIDEO AS USUAL....i actually missed two workouts this week but it was because i went golfing and i was just extremely tired at the end of the day ...but i guess it was a good workout if i was Beat when the day came to an end...o well stuff happens

  • wow man you are really toned up and ripped! Way to go.

  • Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuddddeeee!!! You are getting shredding man! I am so happy and proud of you Jason. Keep doing what you do. Keep inspiring and motivating people to get off their ass and get a body like yours!

  • What do you think of Cardio recovery? I think it seem like a waste of time. It is tough, but it doesn't burn calories.

  • It's actually pretty damn challenging I think. The squat holds, the balance moves, you don't sweat like crazy but it's a needed day to stimulate your body and muscles differently. I think it is very necessary for the rest of the program.

It's kinda like Yoga X from P90X but not nearly as crazy and long but still really challenging.

  • Wow, I am so happy that Jason said that he missed a few days. It shows that he's not "perfect" and he's human like the rest of us. It's better for the body to have a couple of days rest anyway. He looks amazing in a such a short time. I really appreciate everything he's doing here to help us.

  • I agree, sometimes changing it up and just having a couple days off can be beneficial. As long as you can get back into the roll of things.

I am happy that my videos are helpful, they are serving their purpose. =)

  • Integrity. You did not have to disclose your missing work outs. But you did. And you are starting where you left off. Most people would have pretended to be that they are perfect and not admit to being human. Awesome. This workout session is suprisinly different. Slow and in control like yogaX. I liked it. Job done well. 5 star

  • I am in this for the real deal and it's very important that all of you get accurate updates! It is a lot slower and it's greater for stability. Plus it's a nice day off, your stretching and doing something instead of just sitting around.

Thanks for checking out the video - I always appreciate your comments! =)

  • wow...you're looking alot leaner and ripped. way to go. like the new buzz cut.

  • Thank you!

  • It happens Jason. It happens to me, too. We are human. The key is to get back into it. Thanks for being honest and keeping it real.

  • You are so very right! Your welcome and Thank You!

  • Nice video love that workout.

  • Thanks man, yeah it's definitely different, I hate the squat hold! Omg that burns!

  • Job Well Done my friend!

  • Thank you much Jaye!

  • today was day 3 p90x for me im going for not missing a day just like i did for power 90 dident miss one day an lost 71 pounds

  • Awesome!

  • Yeah bro, do it up! You rock my friend - 100% dedication is incredibly difficult. You can do it!
