Lol one half of belgium is lit much more than the other one. That's Flanders, one of the wealthiest regions in the world and one of the most densely populated.

Only density + wealthy. Needs to be dense enough to have enough light and wealthy enough to be able to use and pay for all those lights.

Well, Belgium has a reputation of being the most lit country in the world. Every inch is being completly lit over here.

That and having one of the highest population density's along with the Netherlands in the world gives that result.
