Absolutely stunning dance, very unique style. I disagree with what everyone is saying about the hijab being offensive. Head scarves are a part of many cultures and traditions and are not purely a Muslim religious symbol. In many parts of the world, wearing a head scarf is considered more for fashion than for religion, and I think it suited the outfit beautifully.

i think the dance is awsome. its soft and defining but i do find the hijab(headcovering) offensive because it repesents a part of Religion. It would be like someone dancing with a yamakah and curls or the clothing of the pope, or painting your body bule and attaching arms. It might not be your religion but its someones.Self Expression is a beautiful thing but there is a point where the line should be drawn. And i think your dance is self expression and put together well in an elegant manner.

@zainadlr I don't think it was necessarily intended to be a hijab. There are some dancers who wear cowls and hoods as part of their costumes and I think that is the case here (for example Rachel Brice sometimes has a long piece of fabric pinned to her hair and draped across the front of her neck).

I reviewed this again, as it pays to go back to past videos. Vorobiova, has her own "trademark"style, that can best be described as pure Rachel Brice fused with elements of Mother Russia. I think after many viewings she is FAB!!!

She should be scouted as a BDSS.
