@domino2622 You have to put one on when they're young so they have time to get used to it, though some take to it straight away. I bought one for my orange rex when she was 8 weeks old, and though she loves going out in it, it's sometimes a strugle for me to put it on her as no one else will touch her! I find pinning her to the table and quickly getting the neck part fastened first makes it easier to clip the waist part! Good luck with your rex! ^_^

His ears are short so he is made for cold weather. Heat escapes bunnies from their ears. Thats why hares in the dessert have such long ears.

no they aren't cold cause they live outdoors in the cold, thats why most bunnys fur turns white in the winter. they have lots of fur to keep them warm! :D

ummmmm please remember that rabbits have fur that keep them warm so it does not matter.

it is the equivelent of us wearing coats and rolling in the snow. You will stay warm and enjoy it at the same time.

so rabbits can enjoy having fun in the snow while staying warm.

yes =P Rabbits can't be kept on leash like dogs but... you can prevent your bunny to go to dangerous places and it can't get lost.

FYI, rabbits can tolerate cold weather. In fact they like it as long as they are not kept outside with lousy shelter. I doubt your bunny dies from cold per se, unless he was an avalanche victim.

um he was 2 months old and he did die from snow he had alot of food and everything or maybe my older bunny killed him ssssoooo ya

More than likely the bunny died of some other issue, probably gut related. Young bunnies like that have delicate GITs. It is also possible an older rabbit killed him as they are territorial. If that were true you should have seen visible damage. I don't think domestic bunnies should be kept outside. They should be pat of the family, but they can tolerate cold. We live in Canada and have very cold winters. My bunny goes out with me everyday even when-30 and he loves it. We stay out about an hr.

Its ok to take rabbits out in the snow they have a fur coat but dont leave them out too long if they are use to being an indoor pet. If they live in an outdoor cage than they can handle it. And seeing all these rabbit videos is making me miss my bunny! I want another one :( they are such sweet little animals.

i made and igloo last year and we let my rabbit in it was a proper igloo and my rabbit had to go and scrape a hole in the wallso she had her own entrace and exit it was amusing but then a crack developed so i had to repair the igloos wall
