Do you need to install a town to make this work? Cause I can't get it to work, won't show in my game. Did what you said in the instructions, but still doesn't work. I got all EP's and game is patched to 10.0.9. Really annoying cause I really want this in my game :<<

@kamikitten87 You dont need the town. The lot is located in Brigeport! But you need to download the save and then export the lot from there where you want...

@zveki1000 Yeah I've found the save now, but it doesn't want to load cause "it might have been saved with expansion pack data that is no longer present on this system" haha. wtf. :) Anyway, keep up the awesome work and awesome creations!

@kamikitten87 Darn! I really dont know why isnt showing up. All my other houses are... Maybe its located in community lots... But that message means you dont have World Adventures, Late Night and Ambitions EP installed which are required in order house to work.

@Memeprincess2000 Well since this is not a house, its a building, you must load a savegame and play from there. Go in edit town mode and save the house to your library.. I dont know why the lot isnt showing...

@torchwood18x Do you have Ambitions, Late Night and World Adventures installed and patched to 6.5.1? If not thats the problem.. And if you are having problems with installment of the house check my tutorial how to do it properly.. The link is in the video description.

I have the same problem as one already said. The packages installs everything but the house. Also the save game it's not available to load. It says that I may have uninstalled an expansion pack. That's not true because I have every expansio and up to date.

How to solve this? Can you send us a link just for the house? Thanks

@jmmorgado The problem is that this isnt a house, it is a building! I uploaded the builidng already, but i wil upload just the lot without the family. I havent updated my game to the lastest patch so maybe thats the problem. The save without family and the lot without family will be uploaded tomorrow...

@TheApfelsinchen Did put required objects in mods folder ,savegame in your saves folder and then installed the house via sims 3 launcher? What is your game version? The house wont show up as a house, it will probably be as a family I think it is called JONES family... Check there....

@bcbell35 sims3.com site doesnt support mods, the custom content i use besides cc in sims 3 pack files. Read the description of the video for the information about the downloading and installing the house...
