oh, come on...the train was barelly moving...at that speed the driver can stop it quickly...maby the kid was sick or whatever, it dosen't seem to be that sunny, all of them where wearing thick...that dosen't mean that she's a criminal...criminals are these drivers that aren't following the signs, light, horns, are just a bunch of suicidals criminals...just to impress some fuckers...i've seen ALOT worse that this video and NOT ON YOUTUBE

@metalhead7127 Anything could have happened. The wheels could have gotten stuck in the gap between the pavement and rails, a wheel could have fallen off, she could have slipped or fell, anything... There was about 7 seconds between her crossing the track and the train crossing. Had anything happened where should wouldn't be able to react within 7 seconds, she and her innocent child could have been split in two by the trains wheels.

Tonights news, A mother and baby were nearly killed when a train nearly hit them at a level crossing. The mother who had an appointment at the hair dressers made it on time, however her baby is still in shock.

The train driver got the blame, as NO it would'nt have been the stupid womans fault. My opinion very very stupid.

the producer should have picked another clip to bookend the video, to highlight the lady with the stroller as a close call is ridiculous, the train wasn't even moving until she started across the tracks. She could have stopped, tied her shoe laces, and still had plenty of time. The other pictures were much more closer to a near collisions, not near miss. What is a near miss anyway? If they hit each other, than is it a complete miss?
