  • Beautiful bike and very nice production but the commentary, not so good.

  • nice video kind regards

  • ps own the last of breva 750 red with colour coded panniers bikini fairing low seat engine bars heated grips it always attracts attention when i go out on it . not the usual Yamaha etc kind regards

  • please read the book by Mick walker very informative contains the early years guzzi won 14 world championships before retiring from racing kind regards

  • Does anyone know who performed the song in this video? Thanks.

  • Hey Jeff wow nice job getting someone to give us a cinematic factually incorrect handjob wealthy narcissist putz!

  • Jeff, it's wonderful, you speak about Guzzi soul with your heart ! And your bike is very nice !

  • Jeff, thanks for the video. I really liked the production, and it's much better than others out there. I'm exploring the purchase of a MG V7 Classic, and although I cannot comment on the accuracy of the video as others have, it was fun to watch. It made me want to buy a Guzzi even more. Thanks. --Brent

  • Need to address something at 1.45 - Moto Guzzi engines are not derived from tractors. This is a popular myth and someone who claims to be a Moto Guzzi aficionado should know better than to spout such rubbish. Also while we're at it, Moto Guzzi's history starts in 1921, not the early 1800's as is stated on this clip. I do get so annoyed when people post these clips, set themselves up as experts and actually have no real knowledge of the subject they are referring too.

  • i think that moto guzzi is my life, i have a v7 vlassic 2010 and when i ride i forget aii the prombiems in my life iam in love with this bike

  • I liked the video! However, I'd like to point out a couple of things about the monolog. Moto Guzzi started in 1921 as a motorcycle manufacturer, not farm tractors. They did make some utilty vehicles but never tractors. Guzzi dominated racing in the 1950s, By the time of its pull out from Grand Prix racing, Moto Guzzi had won 3,329 official races, 8 World Championships, 6 Constructor's Championships and 11 Isle of Man TT victories. There are several good books about Moto Guzzi's fantastic history

  • @wileyjw01 sorry but guzzi dominated before that time read moto guzzi singles by Mick walker all two and four stroke singles from 1920 kind regards

  • @motorguzzi100 You are correct, I should have said through the 1950s. They stopped racing in 57.

  • Early 1800s?? Really? And it's pronounced gootsi not goozi moron!

  • @wileyjw01 should not argue pronunciation of name should just ride them kind regards

  • Moto Guzzi (Gutzi)!! not modooh goozzziiieeeh

  • Great video, go ahead with your 75, I wonder how much experiences have you been. Looking good, men, never left the bikes.!

  • Lovely Moto Guzzi

  • Love the video!

  • I got a 850-t - a sweetest piece of engineering - fun to ride and so easy to fix.

Had six different bikes before, but none like Guzzi!

  • Great video beautiful bike thanks

  • Very good !!!!

  • I had an old T-3. I live in West Virginia, which means tight turns and plenty of them. The T-3 was like it was made for that type of riding. "It's all about the wind"

  • no matter what the comments- some like, some don't, this is a great video. :- )

  • @kmgz12 Shut up hick!

  • Claims to be an enthusiast but can't even pronounce Moto Guzzi correctly.

    It's Moto "GUTSY"

    Not "Moda Goooooooozy"

    Jeez.

    Basic stuff.

  • I'm italian and I'm a Guzzi owner too, this video is fantastic !!

The way you strangers pronunciate the name of the manufacturer is very funny to me ! I can't stop repiting it : moto gooosi ! :D I love it !!!

  • why do Americans delcare they are "Irish" or "Swedish" or something else other than American, when they are not. He sounds VERY American to me. I guess his ancestors were Irish...so why not say that? very confusing. Otherwise, as a Griso SE owner (from New Zealand, with parents from England), I thought its a very good clip.

  • @agustajames - because as americans, we all come from someplace else at some point in time. thats just how we say where we are from.. just the way its done. Tomato, tomato... :-)

  • @tyeweb thanks for reply. I realize that's the ways its done "in America", unlike anywhere else in the world. People from Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand or Canada all came from somewhere else too but they identify with where they were born, not where their ancestors come from. I have Irish friends in San Francisco (real ones) who say they are Irish too. Maybe they should say "I'm Roman, or Norman, or English, or Spanish..." since Ireland has been settled by all those people's too.

  • @agustajames I somewhat agree, we should say we're Americans first, and whatever ethnicity second, if one so choses. Personally, I like to say I am American of Italian heritage. When I was in Italy I was referred to as American, not Italian. I met a person there who was actually from France, but of Italian hertigae visiting relatives. He referred to himself as French.

  • if these guys were making internal combustion engines in the early 1800s i'll eat my helmet. otherwise great video

  • great video- but moto guzzi was founded in 1918- by three guys after wwI, one of them died in a plane crash soon after and thats what the eagle is after- he was a pilot. there is no tractor engine anywhere... :- ) ciao!

  • @tyeweb I believe they made tractor motors during WW-II.

  • Cool vid :) I have a green stripe 1000s also, purchased it a couple of years ago and love it. My first guzzi was a 75 T3 that I still have but the 1000s is something special.

  • A real pleasure to hear from someone who sounds more the way I think than so many of the motorcycle reviewers I read. I'm not concerned with weight or lean angle, or how the bike compares. I'm not being chased. I have a V11 and switched to it after two Ducatis because I wanted to go a little slower. The Norwegian novelist Per Petterson described a character as being "in time with himself." That's how I want to feel on a bike. That's how I feel on my Guzzi. Thanks for reminding me of that.

  • Enjoyed this video. Absolutely agree with everything you said, especially about respecting them. You are an inspiration to younger riders on how to do it the right way.

  • Great video. I have owned several Moto Guzzi's and currently own a Mk V LeMans. Awesome bikes, and I can relate to everything you say. Hope they continue producing bikes for many years to come,

  • Awesome video! I just bought a 2008 Breva 750 and am in love with it. The more I read up on Guzzis the sweeter they get.

  • @motobirdie toured eleven thousand kilo on new Zealand on one 2 up for 4 months tenting camping completely covered this country and then did all of aus just to finish of beautiful bikes

  • wow... this video just opened my eyes... I know what motorbike I want ride now... Thank You

  • Moto Guzzi rocks!!!! Thank you wise man!!! What a nice motorcycle you have!!! And very good video from Tracey Kroll!!!

  • GRANDE!!! VIVA LE GUZZI!!!

    CIAO

  • Nice laid back video and well done I have a 85 Cali 2 and they are the best bikes just for riding

  • Great video!

  • Great video Facts are a little distorted Early 1800's??? Check out wikipedia for a more accurate history.

  • Comment removed

  • @850eldorado You are right, actually it was early 1900's...(1921). People need to check facts before speaking.

  • THANKS! Great!

Nicest ever Moto Guzzi video I've seen:-)

  • Really well done. Loved it, makes me want to go hop on my bike.

    Thanks for posting.

  • Green frame Lemans 1000S. I bought one new in '93 and she was stolen two months later, never saw her again. I'm riding an 89 Lemans V now but every time I see that tank and frame I feel a tug on the heartstrings...

  • Nice Video, just bought a 2010 Griso 8V pick it up in 3 days, Cant Wait my first Guzzi

  • Great video.Nice to see a well done video on Guzzi. Just a few points Moto Guzzi Started in 1923 and the motor was design to be a motorcycle motor in the V7. Yes they did have a three wheel tractor powered by a V twin but that was a different motor.

  • Hey Men! I´m 22 Years of age and I own a Moto Guzzi V7 700

    Real thrilling Motorcycle!

  • Even with a few snafus,GREAT video.Of course how bad can it be with THAT BIKE in it.I remember the forst time I saw a 1000S.I was,and still am,awe struck.I have a T3 cafe and '07 Griso and nothing else can match the Guzzi.Period! Regards,Steve

  • Thank you very much ...

  • Truly beautiful bike.

  • lovely bass sound off those pipes, very nice bike.

  • best sounding air cooled twins ever. wish they were not as expensive though.

  • My respect. Really nice!!

  • I love the vid...any info on what part of the country it was shot in? nice looking roads. oh, and I too have a Goose...03 Stone

  • @youngwombat It was shot in Norwalk, CT on Merrit Parkway and backroads.

  • Well done. I've to thank you as Italian, as biker and as Guzzi's owner.

  • Great clip I share your philosophy.

I wish you allways good rides. Greetings from Nuremberg, Germany.

    Jörg Müller

  • You mean it's still running? Something's not right!

Enjoy your bike there, Mr. Grant.

  • Just a few nits to pick: 1. Moto Guzzi (pronounced goot-zee) was founded in 1919 as "G.P." by Carlo Guzzi and Giorgio Parodi, no such entity existed previous to that. 2. The old myth that the Guzzi engine was derived from a "tractor engine" has effectively been dispelled in Greg Field's excellent book "Moto Guzzi Big Twins". There never was a farm implement with a 90 degree v-twin configuration, only the 3x3 "Mechanical Mule" Guzzi built for the military.

  • @Amboman4 test

  • @Amboman4 You're correct in your facts and I was a bit off.Ive read probably every book about the Guzzi but just couldnt summon up the nuts on facts for the camera.I stand corrected.Tracey did a great job on the entire video and aside from my few detail flaws ,I think it came off very well .Jordan

  • @Amboman4 forgot to mention about Giovanni ravelli he also was a founder the three of them are the founders sadly in 1918 ravelli lost his life that is the reason the flying eagle is dedicated to him kind regards

  • Beautiful bike you have there! Great job on the video! I'm also a Guzzi fan, and currently restoring a 1979 Lemans CX100. Hope to have her finished for next Summer, and post a video at that time. Cheers, AL

  • Great Video good music, scenery and editing. nicely done I gave 2 Guzzi's one being the 08 Norge what a fantastic bike. The sound the looks.

  • great clip !
