@Nlei1996 yeah, NASA knows what they're doing. When the money is available again, they'll point it in the right direction. For the time being, I guess space agencies in other countries can do more of the work.

Remember he is a politician and that usually means plenty of talk...but little action. His funding of wars at the expense of all else be it health, education, environment, a better levee system for New Orleans etc etc before even considering NASA...says it all. All most Presidents care about is that they achieved that title. Few do much of worth with it. Most of those that did were way back in the past.
