@077Cuddles i suggest that you do use a tampon. since you are an active individual, tampons are best for people who are active.

@leesheyx1x some girls so like to wear panty liners but it's not mandatory. when you do laundry it will come off along with it. panty linters is a luxury for some people since you have to change it everyday. it is not required. i am happy you enjoy my videos!

Hey @jdomakeup. Um, my mum and my sister started their periods at about the same time, in 6th grade. I go into 6th grade very soon. I've heard that if your mom and/or sibling start at the same time or at a certain point, you are most likely going to start then too. Is this true? I'm pretty prepared but anxious.

@DiamondEyes231 usually when girls live in the same household as each other their periods begin to sync with one another. either they have them at the same time or one after the other. like for me, i usually get my periods before my mom does.

@pllovr101 i think you mgiht be getting it sometime soon. your discharge should be more of an ivory/white colour than clear. that is how you know it's going to come.

@kiki2698 1) you don't have the hold the string you can just go normally. what i do is tuck the string between your upper thigh and vaginal area so the string does not get wet. a wet string might irritate you during the day.

2) you have to take a washroom break. your health is a lot more important than school. it should only take you 5 min max. it won't kill you to miss 5 min of class.

@iloveryoko123 only when you need to replace it. but you can still go to the bathroom normally without having to worry that it will come out. it will only come out if you pull on the string.

@bluemullins1 i started using tampons in my third year of university. and i do prefer tampons since they are more discreet than pads. don't be shy to ask your mom. she is the one that will most likely be buying you the products. so don't be afraid to ask! just tell her how you feel and i am sure she will understand

@YoAzzgotEXPIRED yea it might be because some parents think that using tampons is like taking your virginity away. they also think that tampons are unsanitary since it hold the blood inside of your body whereas a pad keeps the blood outside your body.

@TheDoglover1223 follow my steps on how to put on a pad. use a pad first. please don't try using tampons this young until you are more familiar with your body. change your pad every 5 hours. or more often if you feel too uncomfortable. i hope this helps!

@perfect71q2 tampons are not scary. the only thing scary about them is the difficulty you might have taking them out and also forgetting to take them out because it feels like you're not even wearing it. i think the best time to use a tampon is if you feel you really cannot stand pads or when you are swimming. i was sick of using pads so i switched. If your period skips, it might mean you are too stressed, too skinny (not enough body fat) or your pregnant. Hope that helps!
