you obviously dont know much about steroids... caus not all steroids give that water retaining look. And it is falsa that with the use of steroids he could not compete. In bodybuilding, steroid use is common and all IFBB bodybuilders use them. There aer other classes that include NATURAL bodybuilders though and they are tested. Anyhow, steroids or not this guys build is awesome!! (but i'd bet for steroid use)
