  • @ImperatorAdri lady gagas music is repeating ra

  • Jesus Christ it was considered out of this world in the 1970s however in this day and age it's considered total bull shit there music has no meaning and a mentally retarded child could have made it

  • @007yeates !!! you're kidding right?

  • @007yeates You have no idea what you are talking about.

  • @007yeates You can't discredit a decades old invention just because it's terrible in the context of the modern day. Modern music might not exist were it not for Kraftwerk. Your comment is like dismissing the inventors of the first computers just because their machines weren't as powerful as the ones we have now.

  • @Gaiacarra

Yeah, but we don't use their inventions, we use modern ones. Why would we listen to obsolete music? Its just pointless nostalgia and holding back the development of music.

  • @SaladofStones How is listening to old music holding back development? Old music inspires new artists, you know. And music doesn't become 'obsolete'. It's an artform.

  • @Furral

Art can become obsolete, we aren't exactly going around using Baroque styles are we?

  • @SaladofStones Art does not become 'obsolete', it moves through periods and eras b/c human and pop culture changes. Sure, some music is dated, but some music is timeless. If all music was 'obsolete', we wouldn't have songs from artists like Beethoven or Mozart all over television--and those songs are AT LEAST 100-200 years old. Kraftwerk is famous b/c they PIONEERED electronic music. Without them, there would be no Vocaloids or whatever you listen to.

  • @aliensamuraipirate

I'm sorry, I don't listen to vocaloid, I find that the compositions of Zun are far superior to anything the west has done in its entire history, try again. Vocaloid is simply the west attempting to, once again, force its values upon the world, in this event using the guise of Japanese moe-culture.

I don't support the works of men like Beethoven or Mozart, who often plagiarized many other sources.

  • @SaladofStones So seriously, either stop trolling or don't be so ignorant. Sheesh.

  • @SaladofStones And older stuff always inspires newer stuff (be it a piece of art or history, or discovery, experiences, trial and error, etc.). Nothing people come up with is ever truly 100% original, there's always influences--and sometimes retro stuff comes back! so like I said, don't be so ignorant.

  • @aliensamuraipirate

There is a difference between being unoriginal and outright plagiarizing.

  • @SaladofStones I refuse to argue with you, b/c you are obviously a troll -- a wannabe- intellectual troll who doesn't appreciate good music b/c they are so close-minded and willfully ignorant -- and seriously, where did plagiarism come from? If you really knew anything about psycology or art/music, you might've know what I was talking about. Don't troll me anymore or else I'm blocking you.

  • @SaladofStones Well, it must be sad to be you... I enjoy listening to older music. and watching black and white films, and reading 200 year old books (alongside the newer stuff), but I must be 'holding back development' that way. Also, I wonder what kind of music you listen to, that doesn't 'plagiarize' older sources.

  • @Furral

Look up Touhou and its music, its a rather interesting take on Shinto mythology and the musical quality far exceeds anything presented here.

  • @Furral I completely agree with your statement, liking older stuff does not hold back development at all--in fact, learning from it increases development! Don't pay attention to that guy though--he even admitted to being a troll.

  • @SaladofStones I'm not going to argue, especially since you even admitted to trolling, but my point was that every idea and creation has its roots. There is a line between unoriginal and plagiarism, I agree, but I prefer not to get into that (and bringing that up was probably to get me off-topic--a classic troll tactic).

  • @007yeates You should learn your grammar before talking about retarded children. It's "their", not "there".

  • аааааааааахренеть как круто !!!

  • @m580033 а представляешь 1980год? как это было тогда?

  • Brilliant!

  • NO TOP COMMENTS THIS IS MY CHANCE.....I LIKE COOKIES!!

  • @LiamoMacDeadly From Lcd Soundsystem?

  • @damelvi Yeah? Sounds like it may have been sampled. Two deadly tunes either way :)

  • nojeira

  • The the...

  • to all the ignorant kids who are saying this is shit - the fact that people like kraftwerk were making these sounds in the 1970s is nothing short of remarkable. kraftwerk are responsible for a lot of music out today. thinkgalileo is shit compared to einstein because his science was not as sophisticated?

  • @balalqureshi so true.... i mean i dont love the music or listen to it a ton but you have to show some respect

  • Kraftwerk has been sampled more than almost any other group in the world. Their popularity gave birth to Afrika Bambatta's "Planet Rock'

  • @66gamera yeah. but hip hop has used their music more then any other. just listen to that type of music.

  • FUKUSHIMA , WELCOME ON YOUTUBE ZIRGLE and the waves

  • Tremendos alemanes.

  • The hair is amazing.

  • There were comments about this being like coldplay it's shit random noises with someone saying we r the robots wtf

  • @007yeates COLDPLAY used for their big hit TALK a piece of KRAFTWERK's song COMPUTER LOVE. Kraftwerk helped Coldplay indirectly to grow bigger...

  • @007yeates you need to learn to respect good music, my friend..

  • @007yeates Go listening to Lady Gaga !

  • @007yeates This is from the god damn 70's, were you doing something considered out of this world in the 70's? No I think not, so leave the mastery to the geniuses like Kraftwerk.

  • @metaldorksforever666

    >Genius

    >Never made a platinum record

I don't think that word means what you think it means.

  • @SaladofStones *Ehem* Genius does not equal fame. There are thousands of underground artists who never made it to the top because common ears don't appreciate quality, only what's "cool" for today. Tomorrow it will be something worse than the last garbage you heard. Just listen to the Dubstep shit kids like. Also, I recall many bands like Slipknot getting awards. Why? Because they compensate for their lack of talent by appealing to a younger, dumber crowd. I rest my case, bro.

  • @metaldorksforever666

Your argument is not based on the quality of the music but the supposed quality of those would listen to it, you're using a logical fallacy by arguing that the quality of the music is related to how much the "masses" enjoy it, which is a clear association fallacy and proves nothing.

Kraftwerk, however, were failures since they failed to produce anything advanced, just simple messages and beats. They are a relic of an old era, and nothing more.

  • @SaladofStones GOD I hate the term LOGICAL FALLACY !! Learn a new term, shitass

  • @PaleBunnyInfidel

Perhaps you should start using reason to argue, we're no longer in the dark ages.

  • @SaladofStones I don't like people who support mainstream artist get outta of here you brain washer!

  • @Womprat77

If all you can say is that I support mainstream artists, you have well misunderstood my arguments, my simple friend.

  • @SaladofStones You feel the need to demean us and put us down because you don't understand the difference. Put down your sword and stop being a pseudo-intellectual douchebag.

  • @metaldorksforever666

I'm sorry but I can't handle it when people use things as strong as reason and use it to justify accepting obsolete music.

There is no quality to this music, it is simply a footnote, (if even that!) in the developing history of music, things like Aphex Twin and Amon Tobin, however, can be considered true art for not only did he push the envelop with the design of his music, he also had unique subject matter and music videos.

    Bye-bye now friend :)

  • @SaladofStones People like yourself will never be my friend.

  • @metaldorksforever666

It must be a lonely and lonesome path you follow then!

  • @SaladofStones The path of intelligence and kindness is the one that pays most.

  • @metaldorksforever666

It is a shame that is not the path you chose to follow then, those are true words and ones I follow dearly!

  • @SaladofStones If you followed them dearly you wouldn't be such a prick to everyone. Maybe if you knew me you'd know I do as I speak.

  • @metaldorksforever666

I'm sorry, but I don't consider germans human.

  • @SaladofStones And I don't consider idiots deserving of life.

  • @metaldorksforever666

and boom, I made you forsake your entire philosophy to spite some guy on the internet.

I win, checkmate, whatever you want to call it, you lose, good day dir.

  • @SaladofStones you dont win nothing cause of salad! ahahahahaha! Epioc fail

  • @SaladofStones Derp derp? I'm not a man. I think you contradicted your philosophy from the beginning. I loved the part where you said "It's about fame" but then you said "it's not about fame". That makes so much sense right? I'm sensing some schizophrenia here.

  • @metaldorksforever666 He dont win nothing cause of salad! AHAHAhaahaha!

  • @Womprat77 Do you have down syndrome or something? O_o

  • @metaldorksforever666

If you think you are qualified to make a psychological examination of another person, you are sadly mistaken.

Well not sadly, really, you are mistaken about everything you say so I suggest for the betterment of the youtube community as a whole, you should stop.

  • @SaladofStones You started this, so why not end it, or are you not man enough?

  • @metaldorksforever666

Are you twelve? Do you realize how unintellectual such an argument is?

  • @SaladofStones Be a man or continue to be a cunt, the choice is your own. Either way you're not good at trolling, bro.

  • @metaldorksforever666

Its sad because I was succesful in all of my aims with you, so if you fell for such an obvious troll, you must be pretty desperate for attention.

  • @SaladofStones The beauty of it is that you are losing. You also contradicted yourself. You automatically are a fail troll. I already knew this but went along to see how much longer your charade could go on before you went full on retarded. Looks like I won because you actually thought I was fooled? Haha! You're account is all too obvious.
