We're uber-in debt that's why and most of us have a HUGE prejudice towards socialism or anything that is related to it. Just the term bailout sends shivers down most republicans' backs, let alone universal health care. Brigstocke is not as talented a presenter but then again it's not really his day job. He's funnier than Jon Stewart though and this how just has that quirky, British, slightly offbeat feel to it.
