I had a brother and sister pair of cats. I've had them nearly since they were born. They played like that all the time growing up, and they still do it now, four years later. Cats play fight like that and there is nothing you can do about it, even if you broke it up, they'd go back to it. If it was a real fight the other cat would be biting, clawing and blood would be drawing.

It's in their nature as cats, you have to remember as cute and cuddly as they are, they are wild predators, their species is sue to the wild. A couple of 15 second spats in the house now and again is nothing to them.

Stopping those little fights is arguably the wrong thing to do, it prevents them from developing a relationship dynamic (and yes having little scraps is part of that) On top of that, it's often just playfulness, a minute later and those cats could be cleaning eachother of camera.
