i got the official rock band ones at best buy for 20, probly the worst 20 bucks ive ever spent. i miss notes if you just hit them with medium strength, i need to like slam my sticks on the pad to register a note consistently. and dont say my original pads are broken because i just got a bran new red pad and i put the silencer on and i have the most trouble with that pad.

for ps3 and 360 versions and ps2 version you can use the GH3 guitar for rock band. The stand alone guitar is available, as well as the stand alone drum set. However the wii version does not support a GH3 wii guitar, because it runs off the wiimote, and the RB guitar does not, so it thinks with the GH3 controller you are navigating the microphone.

Here's a few hints for you...

Cover the drum with cloths or some sort of fabric, the machine will register it as a hit but it will muffle the awful clicking sound.

Secondly get a new lead guitarist; he just plain sucks, he/she can't hold a simple chord the full length.

Lastly, you might wanna consider some singing lessons but apart from that it sounded ok.
