On the Cowboys, based on how the coaches know Tony Romo and how he plays, they always blame the linemen for the sack because they know the 'scrambler' just can't do it anymore because there are too many men at once that just scooped by our oline. Remember that falcons game last year. The defenders came at romo one at a time and he got away
