  • @ReduceGHGs Yes Thank you very much Al Gore for devoting your life to warning the capitalist and fascist countries that their Green House Gas Emissions are causing Global Warming and unless they are carbon taxed the warming will melt the glaciers, cause the oceans to rise and destroy our planet. The inconvenient truth is that capitalism has brought the planet to the brink of disaster.

  • @JoeJohn90 .

It's true that our activities are changing the climate and the consequences negatively affect habitability. You can post silly comments but the facts remain. Human-caused greenhouse gas emissions are warming the planet. If you can think of more effective ways to make meaningful global reductions then please let us know. And by the way, Gore knows all too well that it is Capitalism that stands the best chance of quickly moving to sustainable cultures. Try reading his books.

  • Al Gore hopefully soon will be giving out happy endings in prison

  • IPCC: Global average sea level in the last interglacial (Eemian) period (130,000-111,000 years ago) was likely 13 to 20 feet (4 to 6 meters) higher than during the 20th century, mainly due to the retreat of polar ice. Ice core data indicate that average Arctic temperatures at that time were 5.7 to 9.5 deg. F (3 to 5 deg. C) higher than present, because of differences in the Earth’s orbit.

  • Farmer's Almanac: Global cooling to continue

Most of the country will see a colder-than-usual winter while summer and spring will be relatively cool and dry, according to the time-honored, complex calculations of the "Old Farmer's Almanac."

The 2011 issue of the almanac, which claims to be the nation's oldest continuously published periodical, was released Tuesday. It predicts that in the coming months, the Earth will continue to see a "gradual cooling of the atmosphere"

  • There are still many solid scientists who think that the amount of warming is so small that it is indistinguishable from the noise in the environment data sets, and that the data have not been properly adjusted for such things as urban heat island effects, and instrument calibration

  • What an egotistical jerk.

5 eco issues that could cripple India

    .

On the tip of the iceberg of environmental issues facing India today are impacts of climate change, land degradation, water pollution, forest degradation and rapid unplanned urbanisation. These are the five most pressing challenges that India is facing and that will hamper its rush for growth.

  • Al Gore’s mansion purchase is near comedian Dennis Miller on the California coast at Montecito was a topic, Miller saying he would bring some CO2 Jello to Al’s house warming, err, welcoming party, with O’Reilly offering that they should trick or treat over there on Halloween as themselves, just to scare him, that would be outstanding. Perhaps the funniest part of Al Gore’s act (called a stepford husband) is that he purchased property on the ocean shoreline, which he swears is rising as we speak

  • Al Gore bought a new $8,875,000 house in California. That's almost $9 million of carbon footprint. We already knew that he wasn't too much worried about his own carbon footprint because he never changed his high-flying ways. But it's the location of his new house that is a puzzlement: it's ocean-view property. He clearly warned us that rising ocean levels would flood the coasts.

This new house could mean that he never believed what he said about the oceans rising to flood the coasts

  • @Dayversion

ye he bought and didnt build.. basically he has nothing to do with this carbon emission.

  • Why is this even being talked about anymore. You were all had. I want to fill up my monster truck with a lot of gasoline and drive over to Al Gores house and kick that mother fucker so hard in the nut sack his eyes will pop out of their sockets and be replaced by his balls. Who in? We can all take turns kicking that Idiot. I think even his wife would help bitch beating this douche bag. It would be like " GO! TIPPER! GO!"

  • i wonder what it must be like to be as dumb as you. Doh!

  • @ooponsecondthought HA HA HA HA HA HA GOOD ONE! BOY, YOU TOLD ME OFF. HA HA HA. DEFENDING AL GORE HA HA HA HA HA I BET YOUR A EMBARRASSMENT TO YOUR PARENTS. HA HA HA

  • @STOPGLOBALSTUPIDITY Maybe some time in a hundred years, someone will read your comments and wonder why some people though this way as late as in 2010. Al Gore is trying to remind people that burning so much oil and coal, turning it into CO2 has its consequences. there is no need to think violent thoughs against people who do what they do because they want to make the world a better place. what would we loose on releasing a little less CO2?

  • can someone explain exactly how we cause global warming?

  • to his speeches he rides one of his 5 privte jets, wich oh by the way use alot of fuel wich ruins the ozone . maybe the earth is just going through a phase! 3 miles under antarctica they found a rainforest, how did that get there??? how did that giant lake in fort rock oregon, wich also was a tropical rain forest become desolate desert??? well i know it didnt move itself!

  • for those who run to the IPCC as a source of scientific proof of AGW, DR Yury Izrael, the director of climate and ecology institute Russian academy of science and IPCC VICE PRESIDENT, stated in 2007 "there is no proven link between human activity and global warming"

  • @Nightversionn and people say the media is reliable! ha! such fools and incompetent people, wait til they die and nothing happens!!

  • A 20 room mansion (not including 8 bathrooms) heated by natural gas. Add on a pool (and a pool house) and a separate guest house, all heated by gas. In one month this residence consumes more energy than the average American household does in a year. The average bill for electricity and natural gas runs over $2400 per month. In natural gas alone, this property consumes more than 20 times the national average for an American home. Al Gores house

  • If we all pay a tax on the carbon cycle to Al Gore and David Bloods carbon trading company, the earth will be a better place for the profiteers of this scam.

Notice all the big oil companies are pushing for the carbon tax! Pay up fools.

We are going into a man made ice age, wait its man made global warming, wait we are cooling again its man made Climate Change.

  • WAKE UP YOU FUCKING SHEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THERE IS NO GLOBAL WARMING, YOU IDIOTS! IF YOU DISAGREE YOU ARE A COMPLETE RETARD THAT CAN'T THINK FOR HIM/HERSELF.

HAVE FUN BUYING AL GORE SOME MORE YACHTS.

  • Society won't change. We will kill ourselves. People are greedy and they don't care about the Earth. Or if it's not that they care than it is the idea that it's not their problem. Not our problem. It is true that technology has to change. Our atmosphere is not as thick as it used to be. Chicago is so polluted that the hotel windows are shaded so it looks like the sky is blue. The sky is full of garbage!

  • the Nobel prize was unmasked as corrupt decades ago after the notorious communist jew Armand Hammer bribed his way to the finals for the peace prize.
