Ugh...I couldn't run Oblivion on HDR on my Gateway PC. All I saw was fucking pitch black. I had to run it on bloom high settings and certain mods I installed slows my game's frame rate DOWN TO 10 FRAMES PER SECOND!!!! It ran well with less mods on my Gateway PC. The graphics card was integrated. I even couldn't put another graphics because there was no room. The gods of gaming PCs destroyed my Gateway PC. A tragic turn for my Gateway PC. Now I have a real gaming PC.

I don't like OOO, as in the dungeon battle in this video, with those Wraiths and Skeletons, you could be meeting them at level one, as OOO puts high level monsters at the bottom of every ruin, cave, fort and dungeon. I prefer MMM with Francesco's extra weapons/armour, because that mod puts higher level creatures in the wilderness. The logic in MMM is that ruins, etc near cities would be often cleared by the guard, but in the wilderness where there are no humans, monsters could grow! I agree!

@LastLaughFilms It depends, some mods have the stuff go to a specific shop and others have them left in a crate or sitting on the ground somewhere. You'l have to check the description of the mod or see if theres a "read me" note somewhere in your mods file.

I'm not a big fan of overly detailed or fancy mods. The "Supersparkly Manor/Mage tower/Necromancer lair/Castle" mods that are a dime a dozen these days hold no appeal to me. And I especially don't like the mods that add "whole new worlds to explore". Bethesda made a gagnormous world, let us loose with their toolset, and we can't even do them justice. By making a 'new' world, we are saying that the one they made with their bare hands is trash just 'cause it isn't sparkly enough.

If bethesda didn't want players to mess around and create new stuff they wouldn't have given the tools to do it, and oblivion would have been a shity vanilla game. So make some sense or save it to yourself.

@Iyrsiiea It's very simple, if you don't like it then don't bother yourself with it. I don't do the "other worldly mods" either but I'm not looking for videos to comment on negatively either. I have two houses and I've upgraded three of the vanilla houses. The truth is, Oblivion needs *some* help. Having a better weather system with integrated features and things like Deadly Reflex actually make the game *better* like the Better Cities mod. Immersion=good but can be over done.
