Hey nice car! Yesterday, a friend of mine who is a Lexus sales manager called me to come in & drive the new IS-F. He let me drive it for about a half hour or so & man was I impressed! I loved everything about this car!! It sounds amazing & the transmission in manual mode is the best auto manual transmission I've ever driven. You should go down and test drive one sometime if you haven't already. TTYL ~Chris
AnFChick85, have you done any 0-60's with your IS350 yet? You should be pretty light so you might be able to go little faster. Turn off VSC/TRAC, keep less than a quarter tank of gas, and do a brake launch at 1100 rpm. Take a video of it and show off to us.

Nice car, i got a 350 in silver, i got the same color interior you do, exept i got cool gray wood paneling instead of the brown. Over bice car, just kinda hard to tell where your front of the car is, i suggest using your mirror as a guide so you wont hit cars on either side of the car.

i hate this car. it so small. not a good family car. brake always leave the black stuff which i didn't know but it stays on permanently if you don't wash them every day and i do mean EVERYDAY! i hate the navigation system so much i punch and broke the screen. i hate how every time i drive it makes the eeeee ERRRRR EEEE ERRRR noise. omg does it ever drive you insane! i do not recommend this car. maybe bmw are different. do not buy anything with big brake disc cause thats what it will do!
idk what you're talking about, i love my car and never had any issues with it or the navigation, the break dust is a pain in the ass, but as far as perm. staining it,that's not true. it's nothing a little soap and water can't wash off, with the correct brush. i will admit it's not really a family car, being the back seat is so small, but hey, that's what they mini van's for, so my suggestion to you is go perhaps pick one up. never had any noise problems either, u sound like u have anger issues.
First off,that squeeking could be a problem, might be the brakes touching the rotors. I actually have heard weird noises like that before on my car. Now that I think about it, that might be the reason why I get so much brake dust on my wheels, the brakes might continuously be wearing off. Big brake discs are a good thing to have, I don't know why you're complaining, most enthusiasts upgrade to bigger brake rotors all the time for better stopping distance and better performance.
i have this car same colour everything.. i f**cken hate it. after awhile the navigation kit look so boring compare to other car.. aand i have to clean the brake every SINGLE day since it leaves these nasty black stuff all over the rim. and if i don't clean it for a week it permanently stains the rim and i was never able to remove it so now i have to spend more money on rims and make sure i clean it every day!
wow..."nasty black stuff" is called brake dust. And every car does it, the brake pads wear off every time you apply the brakes and the dust goes on the rims. No need to wash it everyday, and I don't know what you mean by washing. If you just spray it with water obviously it won't come off. You need a brush and you need to scrub the rim with it. Very easy.
Oh and I noticed your car is loaded to the teeth, what options did you NOT get? Also, I'm on 1300 miles now, just washed it for the first time on monday, I had a lot of brake dust on my front rims, probably from breaking them in, they looked like gunmetal, it was actually kind of cool, but they didn't match the rear so I had to wash them.

lol, im sure there are aftermarket break pads that can help with that problem, I used to have that problem with an old turbocharged neon, changed pads and bingo, although this car is about 10 classes higher than my neon r/t was. very nice car, enjoy it. hopefully I can bring my fiance to the dark side and brainwash her to let me get one of these puppies.

Lexus are just fully loaded Toyotas just like Acura and Infiniti.

Hey nice car! Yesterday, a friend of mine who is a Lexus sales manager called me to come in & drive the new IS-F. He let me drive it for about a half hour or so & man was I impressed! I loved everything about this car!! It sounds amazing & the transmission in manual mode is the best auto manual transmission I've ever driven. You should go down and test drive one sometime if you haven't already. TTYL ~Chris

AnFChick85, have you done any 0-60's with your IS350 yet? You should be pretty light so you might be able to go little faster. Turn off VSC/TRAC, keep less than a quarter tank of gas, and do a brake launch at 1100 rpm. Take a video of it and show off to us.

I personally agree . I thought they should have come out with a stand alone coup for the IS and IS-F. I figured by your bubbly personality and voice you would be the type that would buy the convertible

Nice car, i got a 350 in silver, i got the same color interior you do, exept i got cool gray wood paneling instead of the brown. Over bice car, just kinda hard to tell where your front of the car is, i suggest using your mirror as a guide so you wont hit cars on either side of the car.

i hate this car. it so small. not a good family car. brake always leave the black stuff which i didn't know but it stays on permanently if you don't wash them every day and i do mean EVERYDAY! i hate the navigation system so much i punch and broke the screen. i hate how every time i drive it makes the eeeee ERRRRR EEEE ERRRR noise. omg does it ever drive you insane! i do not recommend this car. maybe bmw are different. do not buy anything with big brake disc cause thats what it will do!

idk what you're talking about, i love my car and never had any issues with it or the navigation, the break dust is a pain in the ass, but as far as perm. staining it,that's not true. it's nothing a little soap and water can't wash off, with the correct brush. i will admit it's not really a family car, being the back seat is so small, but hey, that's what they mini van's for, so my suggestion to you is go perhaps pick one up. never had any noise problems either, u sound like u have anger issues.

First off,that squeeking could be a problem, might be the brakes touching the rotors. I actually have heard weird noises like that before on my car. Now that I think about it, that might be the reason why I get so much brake dust on my wheels, the brakes might continuously be wearing off. Big brake discs are a good thing to have, I don't know why you're complaining, most enthusiasts upgrade to bigger brake rotors all the time for better stopping distance and better performance.

i have this car same colour everything.. i f**cken hate it. after awhile the navigation kit look so boring compare to other car.. aand i have to clean the brake every SINGLE day since it leaves these nasty black stuff all over the rim. and if i don't clean it for a week it permanently stains the rim and i was never able to remove it so now i have to spend more money on rims and make sure i clean it every day!

wow..."nasty black stuff" is called brake dust. And every car does it, the brake pads wear off every time you apply the brakes and the dust goes on the rims. No need to wash it everyday, and I don't know what you mean by washing. If you just spray it with water obviously it won't come off. You need a brush and you need to scrub the rim with it. Very easy.

Oh and I noticed your car is loaded to the teeth, what options did you NOT get? Also, I'm on 1300 miles now, just washed it for the first time on monday, I had a lot of brake dust on my front rims, probably from breaking them in, they looked like gunmetal, it was actually kind of cool, but they didn't match the rear so I had to wash them.

lol, im sure there are aftermarket break pads that can help with that problem, I used to have that problem with an old turbocharged neon, changed pads and bingo, although this car is about 10 classes higher than my neon r/t was. very nice car, enjoy it. hopefully I can bring my fiance to the dark side and brainwash her to let me get one of these puppies.

thank you :) i got the luxury package and added a couple things from the sports package as well, such as the rear and front lip spoiler, to give it that sporty look ;) if u want to add ML (which i totally recomend btw) i'd go ahead and order ur car now, that way it will be here by the beginning of the year!
