Brilliant song from the 80's. I loved it then and I still love it now! Only, I'm not 14 anymore as I was back then...... Makes me feel really old!! The song has a great 'feelgood' factor to it. I agree with maddymad12345 that 'those were the days when TOTP was a great tv show' and I always watched. But then the 80's was a FANTASTIC era in music and I still can't get enough of it now!!

have they no shame with the miming - not sure i can hear the glockenspiel played all the way thru the record, except occasionaly a very synthetic one from a keyboard, nor would it play very well with a flute lying across it anyway. As for the drummers, well a drum machine doesnt need 3 people to operate it.

Great song but the in the TOTP appearance I remember the camera stayed on the three drummers as they started at one end and moved down. One guy messed up and made a funny face and I was hoping this was that version.

I remember this as well.  I think the drummer actually did a slow 'double take' at the camera's low angle. IIRC the drummers were session musicians brought in, but the audience liked the girl drummer so much they used her in the videos!

I never even heard this record even the three years that I have lived in the UK between 1986 and 1989 until I bought the compilation CD called "Living In Oblivion Vol. 4". You'd have to shop online or a used music store to find that CD, really. BTW I love this song.
