Mugenboy, while I dont wanna take anything away from the evo (almost 1k Hp from a 4 is crazy) I think common sense should tell a different story. The evo is obviously on race gas and is probably maxed the hell out. The mustang probably has alot more potential left in it once it hits the 1000hp mark, not mention the evo probably lags like no other and is probably not the most fun car to drive. It doesn't matter what make/manufacturer making power with cars is not magic, boost is good, boost

@aerobutton no, its the inducer on the compressor wheel. If you have a 63mm turbo its a 35r wheel no matter what the exducer is. The inducer is the "propeller" you actually see in the intake of the turbo

Actually it was on 17lbs of boost, thats just over 1000rwhp and it weighs 3780lbs. You do the math

@Ninesecsnake Im not sure why you are replying to me, but 17lbs of boost from a garrett TO4Z turbo and 17 lbs of boost from a GT35R and 17 lbs of boost from a GT45R are 3 different things... My EVO is running 17PSI, Am I suppose to make 1000 AWHP too? LOL

I didn't reply to you just stating the facts, it says 1180 wheel mustang but it was really just over 1000 during that roll. Now I have made just over 1400 but there is now way that I was going to run that much boost while racing Chris. I love his Evo and I would buy it if he would sell it. I like all fast cars!

I understand the guy driving the Cobra.. It is better to beat the EVO with less boost.. Anybody can turn the boost up to win a race.. But it is more fun to out drive someone with less boost, than just over powering them with excessive boost..

With my V6 Stang, I beat a 2008 Dodge Charger RT with only 6psi of boost.. We started out even, at first and I power stroked him and walked him real hard once I got to 4500rpm.. I could have walked him easily with more boost, but it was fun..
