It's the GoPro HD Hero and underwater flat housing from Eye of Mine. The original curved housing will give you blurry videos under water.

is it the standard lens or did you replace it with a special diving lens?

Haven't change the lenses of the camera, instead I used the "eye of mine" housing, which has a flat lens housing. The regular housing creates blurry images when diving deeper than 30ft because of the dome housing.

How are you mounting the camera? Are you using the Go Pro headstrap?

I just had it strapped on my left wrist, that way i can come closer to some creatures and I can easily let it go when i need to make adjustments to my gear.
