the problem is that their not play in staccato and it is not in tune with the brass at all and a little top heavy and then at measure i think 20 the trombones and baritones have a little thing that goes quarter eighth eighth tied to eighth quarter it sounds like it lagatto trumpets really need to back off and the melody at 15 needs to come out more so when that comes in anybody except clarinet and flute needs to back off and play in piano

@quentin11ist the problem is that their brass needs to play in staccato instead of laggato and at 15 the melody needs to be heard
