Actually that's one of the cleanest blocks in the NBA. All ball, and the bumping bodies doesnt matter if he got his shit sent first.

It is a foul, the NBA grants fouls even after shots are off, so long as the shooting player is still in the air. That's why you always see shooter push their hands into blocker's hands after they shoot and get fouls called about 90% of the time.

With that kind of body contact, it'd definately be called as a foul now. The game does not allow contact like that any more on offensive players.

Besides, he slams into Jordan's body while the ball is still in Jordan's hand. It's a foul anyway.
