First of all, I am super jealous you get some many people out in Vancouver
In Toronto, CM used to be bigger many years ago but never up to 1000+. There were bad times during Police chiefs Fantion's reign who managed to reduce our CMs numbers through harrassment and police violence.
The rides have been getting bigger. Slowly.
Hopefully, one day we'll get to 3000.

Guys why the small turnout in TO??? Here in Vancouver we get 250 in the winter and yesterday june 08 was 3000+
