There is gay christian people but they have made a choice to follow God and not perform the acts involved in being gay. it is not easy, but with Gods help it is possible. Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Maybe the Calvinists are right, and God made them gay just so he could send them to hell. Or if the Arminians are right, then my gay friends should deny themselves real love for their entire lives so they can be saved. Wither way I hate that god and would never worship him..

Sweet song. I remember hearing this by chance on the radio last year, the day my dog died. She was 13, a lab mix, by that point she could barely walk and had lost a lot of weight. Finally had to make that tough decision. The vet came to our house, so her last moments could be spent at home. Afterward, as the vet was leaving, there was a clap of thunder. Fact 1-The bible has never said that the known universe is 6000 yrs.
Fact 2 -The bible has never said the earth is flat.
Fact 3 - The bible doesn't deny the existence of dinosaurs.
Fact 4 - Evolution is still called a theory. There isn't even a single example of a continuous fossil sequence showing the progressive stages of evolution of any plant /animal. So proving it as a fact holds no ground.

@RemiEsther yeah, God is so good at healing. my friend tore multiple ligaments in his knee nd it was supposed to take 6 months to heal and he was meant to have surgery. so that meant no sport for 2 years. it completely healed in under 2 months. God is awesome!

I have cancer and have six months to live according to the doctors. I am forty two years old. My wife left me just before Christmas when she learned that I can't be cured. I have been anointed with oil and pray and pray but just keep getting worse. The pain is intense.

it says in Genesis that God created the earth in 6 days and on the 7th day He rested. If you think though, God in all His power could have created it all in an instance. I believe though, He took His time to create it all for a reason. To prove to us that we matter to Him. To show us that He put his time and effort into it. Sweet song. I remember hearing this by chance on the radio last year, the day my dog died. She was 13, a lab mix, by that point she could barely walk and had lost a lot of weight. Finally had to make that tough decision. The vet came to our house, so her last moments could be spent at home. Afterward, as the vet was leaving, there was a clap of thunder. And he asked me if I was famillar with rifle salutes at funerals, to which I nodded. He said "I think that might be God's version."

Fact 1-The bible has never said that the known universe is 6000 yrs.
Fact 2 -The bible has never said the earth is flat.
Fact 3 - The bible doesn't deny the existence of dinosaurs.
Fact 4 - Evolution is still called a theory. There isn't even a single example of a continuous fossil sequence showing the progressive stages of evolution of any plant /animal. So proving it as a fact holds no ground.

Fact 1- Ussher's Annales used only 1/6th of the bible. Its not in vogue in the church since1997. Ussher said what he had to say. The bible never said it. Also see Gen 1:2 - earth existed in a diff form than it's known now.
Fact 2- All those verses- don't mention the word flat. Corner is spoken of- A corner can also mean a bend in a road. Ends spoken of- there can be a eastern end of a sphere, western end etc. Pillar- refers to princes, rulers- Zech. 10:4, Rev. 3:12.

Fact 1: who are you to say what is "in-vogue" in the church since 1997 (by the way that was only 13 years ago). There is a significant movement among christians called "young earth creationism" which is in the process right now of trying to get public scools to teach that the earth and universe are 6,000 years old based on the chronologies of Ussher and others since him.

Fact 1 - The YEC people indulge in quote mining. The same as Ussher.YEC- not accepted in some major churches- Roman Catholic for instance.
Fact 2 - Circle on the face of the deep could mean a circular fog as shaped by the wind. Winds do change the direction of smoke. Remember the Icelandic Volcanic ash event- aircraft delays. Also, cyclones follow a circular internal movement.

A circle is of course a flat round object. There is a Hebrew word for ball used in the bible. A flat round earth was intuitive to these primitive people. If you picture yourself in their place, it would not be too hard to imagine the earth as being round and flat as you turn around to trace the outline of the horizon where the sky seems to meet the earth.

Fact 4- Evolution theory (not a fact) is promoted because it generates funding for geneticists. I agree that they produce clones and mutants in its name and its artificial. Whereas evolution is supposed to be a natural process.

And quite frankly who the heck cares about 'scientific proof' when one day you had cancer and now you don't!!! @RemiEsther yeah, God is so good at healing. my friend tore multiple ligaments in his knee nd it was supposed to take 6 months to heal and he was meant to have surgery. so that meant no sport for 2 years. it completely healed in under 2 months. God is awesome!

@ff621 Actually, the songwriter's been dead for going on 13 years. He wrote and released this song in the late 80's. Which happens to be played on the radio still today. This Hillsong version is no more popular than the other 1,000 recordings off this song.

I have cancer and have six months to live according to the doctors. I am forty two years old. My wife left me just before Christmas when she learned that I can't be cured. I have been anointed with oil and pray and pray but just keep getting worse. The pain is intense.
