    That depends on what your fitness goals are. Are you trying to build muscle or lose fat? Of course, most people want both, but which is more important right now for you?

    Are you trying to get big, or trim down?

    I'm not sure what the creator of this video's approach is, but ideally you would eat something like this about five or six times a day, with a few of them slightly smaller.

  • @taicleis You got it right. Most people don't realize that by eating 5 or 6 meals a day they increase metabolism... well as long as they are working out to some degree.

    I eat about 3500 calories a day.

    One quick question, would you say the Instant Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink in Rich milk choc, the one with no sugar added, is a good and healthy breakfast?

    Can't find the label online.. if it has Aspartame/Nutrasweet I would stay away. Might be good as a snack but doubt for a meal.

No sugar added Calories- 150 Total Fat- 5g 8% Saturated Fat 1.5g 7% Trans Fat- 0g Sodium- 240mg 10% Potassium- 540mg 15% Total Carb- 16g  5% Fiber- 2g 10% Sugars- 12g Protein- 13g it has nonfat milk in it

  • another way to see fast results is creatine. drink 2 cups of that every day and you wont need as much food as normal to lift and your recovery is very fast. many people will tell u its not good to work the same muscle everyday... well if you take creatine you can work say abs everyday if thats what you wanna see the quickest results in, peace

  • Thanks for the Tip It looks Delicious. I'm Doing the Take Daily Vitamins But Fasting. 1 Small Meal a Day and Plenty of Water. Not a lot of people can do it, but the Results Are Amazing. I want the best Results so i'll Keep a Healthy Meal or Snack On Standby incase I wanna Relapse. That way i won't go towards the Fast Food or Junk Snacks and Drinks. You have to have Everything Prepared so you won't Relapse that's the key.

  • @Morcridx1 i do 6 and one of them protein and two of them just fruits, one is healthy veggie with turkey or beef or chicken sandwich dinner is the same veggies and low fat meat, am i in right direction? oh actually i do 7 meals, one more protein shake after training that's 39g of protein per serv or 78g a day + protein from foods is around 120g of protein a day, isn't it too much?

  • @joe83alone this was in the beginning. At 430 calories this was a good meal... considering I was eating this amount six times a day.... topping 2400 calories for the day in the first few weeks of the program.

    my hubby is a big man-6'1, 250lb. He wanted to lose weight and I not a nutritionist, advised him to eat small portions. He eats everything in single -One egg, one slice of bread, one slice of turkey not all together of course. And plenty of vegies he is taking at work to have snacks He is piano professor, teaches, mostly seating. Then he fasts on Wednesday, drinking water, tea or V8.We going to gim x 2 a week.

    He lost 20 lb in month, he never feels hungry on small and often meals.

  • You should check out the Boca Burgers. They're pretty good. I pair it up with Arnold Select Whole Wheat (or Multi Grain) Sandwich Thins.

  • @Yazzzmin89 Oh yeah - Love those and recently found the sandwich thins... gives you just a few carbs, low cal and satisfies my bread craving!

  • Biggest problem with your meal is the sodium. That pickle + the store bought turkey burger will add a lot of unnecessary sodium to your diet.

    I would lose the pickles and make the turkey burgers yourself, so you can conrtol the ingredients.

  • I usually just eat a salad, and some sort of "meat" to go in it; tuna, turkey, chicken, etc.

    My breakfast is almost always protein oatmeal, with a fruit on the side.

  • Got to watch the sodium in pre-packaged turkey products (sandwich meats, patties, ect.) and pickles. You'll be surprised how much salt in those.
