Who was at fault? At first it looks like The PT cruiser, but the pedestrian validates the PT cruiser was correct. The other car must have jumped the light, and the PT Cruiser saw and tried to slow... IDK, I'm confused too..

This is very horrible... But I do see a few things wrong about this video

1. One of those drivers ran the light, obviously.. but if it was the PT Cruiser, then there is 2 things wrong with this..

2. The other thing would be (if the PT Cruiser was at fault) that the pedestrian was jay walking..

3. Another scenario would be the other vehicle at fault.. But then he'd slam into the guy anyways.......

Yes, but if you notice the dented part of the car, he was under there as the car rolled over him. He was badly injured by not killed. Ironically, the pedestrian was walking instead of driving because he lost his drivers license as a consequence of a DUI. If I remember correctly, the driver that ran the light in this video was also DUI.
