and if we speak for stage performance and virtuosity with backpipe - or kaba gaida - look at this uniqe and mindblowing and heartmelting piece of art:
if interested in bagpipe stage-show look for saskia konz and celtica, but if interested in best of the best look for any bulgarian bagpiper - keywords "kaba gaida" (каба гайда) and "dvoyanka" - the most advanced and sofisticated bagpipe ever human made - polifonic gaida, again of cource bulgarian. good times to all bagpipe-listeners.

so many fantastic players out there with their different styles...but to me the one that really stood out was Gordon Duncan..not only was he amazing at playing but most of his own tunes are absolute gems in the piping world.
Obviously you are not much of a bagpipe aficionado because although this guy is definitely good, he's not the best! Check out Molly's Revenge for some really good piping. Not as Rocknroll, but much better and much more entertaining to watch!
