  • Works great for me! New firmware fixes the indexing problem! Great product!

  • This product is flawed. The indexing system does not work. the machine sits there for hours on end 'indexing'. It may find a few files , but these tend to disappear after a while. The cisco support forums are full with people that have the same problem. Support is inexistent for this product. Mayor black eye for cisco
