I've seen this in Ohio on heavy spray days. There would be 2 to 5 planes in every direction at every moment, flying side by side or crisscrossing each other until the entire sky turns white. Contrails are supposed to form at higher altitudes and dissipate, not turn into clouds and hang for hours. Also, there wouldn't be so many passenger planes over one neighborhood in such a short period of time, nor would passenger planes fly so close to each other. Check part II of this video.
