@flord777 Of crourse you will lose mucle mass. Therefore you must workout 3 times a week to keep your mucle on toned up ,if you understand what i mean that is,Nerverthe less it will be hard to starve yourself unless you have a will or something like that haha.
Starving yourself is very bad for anyone interested in athletic activities, you will kill muscle by starving yourself and Im not just talking muscle you can re build after a month of training, muscle builds slowly and takes good nutrition or lots of fatty foods to get the protein required. If you starve yourself for a few days you will wipe out years of muscles, it's much better to just lose weight eating healthy high protein meals if you're fat, then re build your body with a healthy diet.
