@20lbsledge That's not neccessarily true, and there are types of pain that therapy cannot help. I am a chronic pain patient that has no hope of help through therapy.160 mg's are available. I prefer to heavily stagger my doses though to minimize tolerance so I never even come near that high of a dose. Tolerance is difficult to control, but there are ways to help it if you are willing to pick and choose when you want to suffer or can endure it. Some people have pain beyond that choice though.

they use to make 120mgs oxys back in the day but there were too many ODS.
oxys go 10s, 20s, 40s and 80s...with MS you get all types that go from 5mgs up to 100mgs....and then theres anamorph.

there is nio such thing as 30s in oxy but you get MS contin pills in 30mgs, there little purple one...MS contin sux tho...its realy waxy shit and it make most ppl sick.
they use to make 120mgs oxys back in the day but there were too many ODS.
oxys go 10s, 20s, 40s and 80s...with MS you get all types that go from 5mgs up to 100mgs....and then theres anamorph.

Then again, I wouldn't recommend that anyone abuse opioids in the first place. However, I believe in freedom of choice and legalization of most currently prohibited psychoactive substaces.
Oxycodone is potent, and everybody has a different metabolism.
