I also wanted to see what the gameplay was like because there are few on the web. Now, that I look at this... yeah, that games looks kinda bad...

That's it, just piloting? I think they could have at least thrown in a boss fight or two; the fight with the plant would have fit perfectly. Not to mention, The Riddler's stage could have been different.

It's interesting that all the original voice actors lent their talents, including that legend, MARK HAMMIL.

considering how far away your location is and how fast batman should be going I would think he was driving the actual car of the old adam west batman in real time i guess maybe he should have opted to take the bat plane instead.

He is Talking about a different Game called Batman Returns for the Sega CD. That Game is one of the better Batman Games i would even say one of the Best Batman Games. The Developers were different and it has for each stage a Driving Part followed by a Plattforming Part. This game on the other hand is plain awful only the music and cutscenes were interesting. It is unfortunate that people take AVGN serious and judge about Games they never played.

@htdmc2010 Batman Returns on Mega CD is a great game (the driving stages) and a mediocre game (the platforming levels), but the driving stages are easily strong enough to stand as a game in its own right, and you can play just them without the platforming bits. The Bat Ski boat levels boast some brilliant, challenging and fun level design.

I know i played it back then and it is easily one of the Best Batman Games since i played most of them when i was younger. But unfortunatly people are taking the AVGN way to serious. He has a point in alot of Games and his videos are funny to watch and i like them myself but i would not take him serious. Unfortunatly alot of youger Gamers that haven`t played these games really think Batman Returns is a bad game because of the Batman videos by AVGN.

22:18 WOW. After all these years I've finally found this song. There was a teaser for Panzer Dragoon on the Sega Saturn bootleg sampler disc and it used this music. Oh wow! I still have this game for my SegaCD! This one made me rage so hard, especially at Riddler's stage which I still think is the hardest in the game. What kept me coming back though, was the awesome music!

They should have called the game "Batmobile Simulator" instead of Adventures of Batman and Robin...Although, the animated lost episode and the music more than make up for the gameplay.
