I can understand your view and you're entitled to it; Rare may not be at 100% at bringing back their old greats at top notch according to reviews. However, with the fighting game genre being the boom with BlazBlue, Street Fighter IV, and MvC2 Online, they have potential in making KI great again. At least that's what I believe.

This game is just awesome (combo) . So many posibilities of combo, so cool characters...I also like the N64 version (yeah I know it sucks a little bit) but I think I played a lot more on the Snes version which is definitely a classic in the fighting games (with SF II...and Mortal Kombat of course <3).

Killer Instinct was the real deal in ultimate fighting on the SNES. Mortal Kombat & later Streetfighter versions with speed improvements was also awesome! And the cartridge is black, just to prove how awesome it is ;) 16-Bit 4ever

Yeah I loved when the developpers had the good idea to choose another color for the cartridge (I remember Donkey Kong Land, Pokemon or Zelda :P) ! We don't have that nowadays, I do missed it :(
