I used to deal with this kind of crap in 2 different old apartments I had.

For some reason its in peoples genetics to FIGHT TO THE DEATH over a parking spot, even though none are designated to any specific person, people feel like they

have a legal right to get that exact spot.

Sorry man, this is what you get to deal with until you can move into a home and have your own driveway.
