I wanna use it on stage and cue up the 1,4,5 chords, etc. :]

@jerchannel it's just pumping out midi so you can make it do what ever you want really. I've got another vid on my channel about how to get it pumping out chords in live.

is it possible to play acustic cord with this guitar or only solist music

the app only outputs single notes but it's quite easy to get playing chords with a chord plugin and a scale plugin. i've also triggered samples of guitar chords with great success.
