This has nothing to do with Acid Bath. I've been listening to Acid Bath and Dax Riggs for over 7 years. This is like the third time I've seen a video of this song and titled 'Acid Bath & Slipknot'.
This does sound like corey's vocals and the fact that the bass is audible leads me to believe that this is infact slipknot or atleast someone equally talented

I don't think the band ever went anywhere...but I haven't read about it since the late 90's.

I'm not really sure what you just said. If you're telling me that Acid Bath may like Slipknot, then I have no argument because there's no way to prove that. All I'm saying is that if Acid Bath and Slipknot had done a song together (which is highly unlikely since Acid Bath broke up in 1997) then a member from one of the bands would have mentioned it at this point.

When this was released on Napster (Pre-lawsuit, "back in the day") this song was titled "LIKE ACID BATH/SLIPTKNOT/PANTERA/KORN" by some unknown indie band who tried to make a name for themselves by putting those names on the song. The name of the real band is somewhere on the internet, you can find it on google if you look up "Fading Away actual band", its on some myths website. I don't think the band ever went anywhere...but I haven't read about it since the late 90's.
