The highest bridge in the World is the Siduhe Bridge in China - 1,550 feet (472m) from roadway to river. The Millau Viaduct here is only 910 feet (277m) from roadway to river. Siduhe's height makes it 425 feet (130m) above the tallest tower holding up the Millau Viaduct.
@NFL9475 I fully understand what you're getting at, but the labeling of "Highest" is still inaccurate. Sure one of it's seven pylons make it the "Tallest" bridge, but there are many skyscrapers much taller - including at least one over twice as tall - occupied. Bridges are built to span divides and chasms, thus I feel the true gauge of a bridge's height is where the deck is located above the lowest point / water. The Millau Viaduct is a spectacular bridge - one I hope to get to visit someday.
i never traveled in my life this is a pretty bridge. i have a plan after getting married to settle my life to bunge in my gown and find my selfagain, its fun.
Randomly drove across this thing last week...truly amazing experience to happen upon it on our drive through the South of France. Fun to find this video of it.
@WKaliberr Managed about 195 kph heading north and you really cannot tell that you are on a bridge apart from the pylons - and those expansion joints - BADOOM - BADOOM . Probs should have slowed down lol
I'd crap my pants going over that thing!

@Triplecenturies Siduhe Bridge is the highest but Millau is the tallest. Siduhe Bridge have no pylon. Check wikipedia, for exemple.
