Hello, could you please make a tutorial on how to make the keylogger. I made one in vb2008 ( not for in a rat) But it started sending [] for most of the keys, such as shift and left mouse click! And is it possible to make such programs in vb2008/2010?

@blacksven1 i no longer have vb6, but there are many ways to do it, use the sendkeys option. and as for the '[]' its never happened to me, so idk :(

@syorpheus 1: what do you mean only uncompressed? a rat can be made in more than just VB. you can make one in just about any programming language.. lmao and Why would you need to format your hard drive to get rid of it? you can just find the file, stop it from being executed, and then delete it. SO FOR PEOPLE LISTENING TO HIM, you don't need to wipe out ANY hard drive to get rid of one, just remove it. dumbass.

Its not a virus, and nor will it harm your computer. but as i said before, i could care less what you people do or say, because i don't even have the files anymore, i stopped using vb and c++ and went to java.

@09iPal10 You can create this yourself without much programming knowledge, most of the things this tool is doing can be done using code found on pscode.com. All you would need to do is create a decent interface for yourself and use the code into your program. You can be done within one week and make it better than this. Not saying this one is bad or antything but you can add a lot of things to yours. PS: there is a RAT source on the web hanging out somewhere, search for it :-D

@JAM3ZI420I lol you're dumb x] It's a RAT(REMOTE ADMINISTRATOR TOOL) any VB tool that uses MSWINSOCK and the getKeyEvent will be "detected as a keylogger" make a program yourself, you will see what i mean. It's not one. don't download it if you don't want the risk. it's entirely up to you. It's not a virus, its a fun program I made to mess with my friends xD

How is the Client 800 kilobytes? My client does same things and it is only 80 kilobytes. :O My server is 130 kilobytes, but it uses windows .dll files to perform some tasks, thats why. But do you know why is your client so big in size?

winsock is actually no very good, only for lan, and requires winsock.ocx in system32 + its own .dll, and the application may crash in other comps. I would say, that you should use TCP rather than winsock.

The funny thing is i tryed to make my own RAT in vb6 and it failed all the time..

And it was that the infected user who opens the Rat must have to connect to you network becuase what you now use, then the infected user must have open ports, and that always fails,.

@dwiddlestick not at all.. the server opens a port and starts listening.. the clients sends data to the server in the same port.. the problem with this rat is that it doesn't have notify features... and with dynamic ips you'll have trouble.. I'm working on my one now and I've added email notification but the thing is that you recieve dozens of mails per day.. whatever.. I'll propably make the server try to send some data to the client and allow the client to know whether the server is online..
