I doubt Dave was saying he should be freed, but was making the point that the people reacted so that he was tried as an adult for life, and Elizabeth was looked at as a little girl with the peoples reaction which goes back to the question "How old is 15 really?"

I suppose I was looking at this video from the perspective that Chappelle wanted us to see but he still made a valid argument did he not? Plus this dumbass robbed a Domino's Pizza deliveryman at gunpoint.
That right there proves that this is not a racial inequality problem, its just human naivette.

The 15 yr old boy who "accidentally" killed his 6yr old neighbour was actually 12 when it happened, and eventually his sentance was reduced, so he is not on life sentace...and as of 2007 is he back on trial for trying to rob a delivery guy.
