Great simulation, visually very nice. What software did you use?

The molecular dynamics software was written in Fortran77 by myself. Snashot images were rendered with Rayshade raytracing software (obsolete).

wow. It's the best water molecules animation I've seen. Love the way the yellow lines between bonds are used to visualise which bonds are active.

Thank you. In this movie, i intended to stress the importance of extracting the "true" mechanism (hydrogen bond rearrangement) hidden in the raw molecular motion.

This movie was made about 10 years ago. One of my oldest movie.
