Also, all Americans have eyelids, whereas Chinese people do not. There are big variations between the two. Thus, there is no natural beauty in China, just the ones that went under the knife.

If you come out from Asia, looking western, chances are (90% of the time) you went through a plastic surgeon. And it doesn't matter how big of an operation it took to get that "natural" look, all it can take is an eyelid or two, along with a simple face lift.
