I don't want to be like all the others busting your butt about how you should or should not pronounce the word gnostic etc so I won't. I will go as far as saying that giving it a try would'nt kill ya son. I know you know the definition and that's great. After all any attempt at studying things beyond one's comfort zone and understanding should be applauded.
However pronouning the words right might make your listeners least likely to throw stones.

i dunno but maybee there's material in magic texts/volumes etc that can relay back similar things you do naturally anyways...i just tend to see similarities be it symbolism or behavior, but i don't follow instructions or anything like that....
as far as demon summoning goes...i think that's all left to the bankers and heads of state i would imagine....
