  • sweet ride, for you people who are new to gas bikes ,just remember once you go gas you no longer bust your ass,see mine at my channel MrMsrtube 150mpg & up to 40 mph

  • Kick it in the guts Barry.

  • i got a debo to sir and i love to ride it everywhere why even the southfield police stop me sometimes just to ask me where did i come up with this they love it and i do to,plus we race minibikes to you can check out my page at 031700bailey on youtube

  • Good video, the motor sounds healthy, thanx for letting us actually hear it LoL. We are going to see alot more of these garage models hit the road if this depression gets any worse.

  • Cool video. What helmet do you have? It looks like you have the chain awful short, but it must be nice having a few pedal gears. Have you seen the modified left brake lever/integrated shifters for sale on mb sites, for use as a brake lever and clutch on/off? That will let you run a rear rim brake with a dry clutch like on the grubees.

  • I love it

    see my bike

  • Beauty.

  • Can't you make me a tank?

  • do you need to shift with this set up?

  • Awesome :) I plan on using those same full white tires on a satin black bike soon. Cool seeing them on a lighter colored bike though. And nice job with the gas tank.. Looks great.

  • Jay Leno has a saying that "driving a slow car fast, is much more fun and exciting than driving a fast car slow" and I agree with him.. this makes me think the same is true for motorcycles

  • @jaratt85 exactly...... no shake rattle and roll then all the excitement is gone with the wind...... looks like a rattle trap id love to ride around

  • what kind of bike frame and tires are those?

  • What kind of exhaust do you have on that?

  • was the gas tank hard to make?

  • @timHYPERLITE

The gas tank wasnt too bad. I took a TIG welding course and made it in class. The hardest part was reusing the old filler neck from the original gas bike tank. I bent the peices of steel over my knee to get the shape.

  • @dudeimarobot Some people are using brass plumbing adapters that mate with brass garden hose caps, for filler necks and caps.

  • @danthemanzizzle You can get them on e-bay for arounf $15 US. They're called Dual Pull levers

  • Nice bike but maybe have someone else hold the camera so we can actually see the bike

  • i got one 70 schwinn with 66 cc. raise the cam so we can see ahead.

  • So cool man. So cool.

  • Yeah, the lever is made to pull two cables. Elimantes the decision of having to run two levers on one side of the bar or just one brake and the clutch lever.

  • Nice! Have you considered adding a springer fork?

  • @marshallspikebanana

I recently did! I had to do a bit of searching but I was able to find a new springer fork which had mounts for a v type front brake. I did also have to get a new headset and stem due to the fact that the new fork is a threadless steerer tube type, compared to the older threaded type which was on the original rigid fork. Im pleased. I will up date soon! Thanks for watching.

  • @dudeimarobot Cool, I have springer on mine. Bought it at a swapmeet for like $40, works like a charm....

  • Sick man

  • Just bidding on a bike on ebay to build on similar to this take a look at the Derringger cycle page on the net. They look nice in the colours. I will use a 70cc Rocksolid engine with a bigger carb. I will also be putting a diary on my channel in a few weeks so look out Australia there may be somthing cool on the streets of Sydney soon. Cool bike and good luck with the next progect.

  • @geza96 Good luck with your project! Ive gotten into full size motorcycles(see my other vids) more recently and I havent given the board tracker much love. I recently took a job at an ironwork shop and im honing my metalworking skill which has got me thinking for our winter here in the States, I will build another bike with a bigger engine, a nicer tank and a better engine mounting set up. I look forward to your videos! Take care.

  • i'm planning on getting an engine kit with my next paycheck i cant decide between the starfire of the skyhawk. any suggestions? i was wondering how they do on hills? i only way 115. and do you spend a lot of time peddaling?

  • At 115 you should be fine. Im 180 and hit 30-35 on the flats. On steeper hills you sometimes need to pedal.. And there isnt actually much effort required when doing so, just pedal easily and take some of the effort off the engine. More effort is required when leaving from a stop. get the bike rolling 5mph or so and let the clutch out. The motor doesnt really have enough power to pull you from a dead stop.

  • @danthemanzizzle That is correct, It actuates the front and rear brake at the same time. You need a lever for the clutch as well and it looks goofy having two brake levers shoved onto one side of the handlebar... Its the perfect solution.

  • i like your handlebar setup.

  • @noeltheshemale Thanks! Nothing special, just some bars off an older english womens bike turned upside down and backwards.

  • @dudeimarobot

I thought women operated best upside down and were backwards anyway?

  • @dudeimarobot Awesome man. I think I'm running the same handlebar, but right side up. Is that a ritchey stem? Looks like the one I have. Overall, awesome setup your bike. Good that you wear a helmet too. Are you running a tuned pipe?

  • Between the camera helment, and the bike. I would guess your a hit with the ladies?

  • @mickeydamon The camera is made by GoPro. The ladies think the bike is nice, but too loud.

  • suweeet dude
