  • if you use Bob's Red Mill all purpose biscuit and baking mix it already has xanthum gum in it, so no need to buy separate and it works just like flour

  • What's the point of using egg replacer if their is also real egg in the recipe? Sorry, but I don't get it.

  • @KimmyKrocker.

Thank you so much for sharing. I got the news yesterday that I have to live GF & I freaked out. You make baking GF bread so easy. Thank you for giving me piece of mind. I will buy the ingredients tomorrow.

I like your sauna tip......it's tips like these that are missing from most cookbooks.

Your like Julia Child, you explain everything!

I usually moisten the back of left over pizza with water, then microwave or toaster oven & it comes out so fresh, not dried out.

  • Great vid!

  • Zeolite powder balances the ph and rids the stomach of candida for good. It also chelates heavy metals which run hand in hand with candida.

  • will this work for bread machine?

  • you have some very grat videos..ty so much for sharring.......with out ur help i dont know what i would do

  • I'm new to the GFCF diet. My daughter is autistic. She's been doing pretty good, but lately she's been, well, I'll say crabby. I think a lot has to do with the attitude her teacher has and an inexperienced shadow plus issues her father's caused, but I decided to give the diet a try. I must have done something wrong because mine didn't come out like yours. I'll try again in the next few days. Is it ok not to use a mixer?

  • I cannot have eggs. Can I use a tbs. of flaxseed meal and 3 tbs. water in place of an egg? thnx

  • jajaja no sorry

    was 1:06

  • i poo my self on 1:16

  • Hello Kim,

I plan to get more recipes from your videos. I just started the GFCF, soy free diet for my daughter. She is more socialable, affectionate, and has very good motor skills just by being on the diet for about two or three weeks. Amber knows quite a few words but she does not talk much. Have you noticed an improvement with you child or other children by being on this diet, and if so, what kind of improvement(s)? Thanks. The bread was so pretty and moist unlike other breads.

  • Hello, my little girl was diagnosed with autism a few months ago. She really likes this bread, but I wonder if you could tell me if this has soy in it as she is avoiding soy also. Thank you.

  • hi sharon..thanks for your kind comments...i can't find any soy in the ingredients, but be sure and check your labels..it will specify if there's any soy in your products.

  • My little girl loves this bread. But I was wondering if it is soy free? She was diagnosed with autism a few months ago, but she is already learning so much. Thanks for the recipes.

  • this is just what I was looking for! Thank you :)

  • Just thought of this, what temp. are your ingredients? Thanks in advance!!

  • The only ingredients that are cold are the eggs and the xanthan gum...and I always let it cool before I remove it from the pan. When you combined the wet and dry ingredients you didn't overmix it did you? It should be sort of doughy and lumpy when you pour it into the pan.

  • I very well could have overmixed it, I will be careful next time. My son may get his pb&j sandwich yet! Thanks so much and keep your videos coming!

  • I attempted the GFCF white bread recipe and I'm afraid I need a little help. I followed your instructions closely and yet my bread seems to have "collapsed", it just doesn't have much height at all. I was very satisfied by the taste and texture but mine didn't seem to be as high as yours. Do you remove the loaf from the pan immediately? Any suggestions?

  • Watched your video and made the bread today - I replaced the vegetable oil with olive oil as I like that better, and also added some mixed seeds. It was delicious. Thanks for the recipe. I think I put this message in the wrong section.

  • Hi Kimmy

Watched your video and made the bread today - I replaced the vegetable oil with olive oil as I like that better, and also added some mixed seeds. It was delicious. Thanks for the recipe.

  • Hey Kimmy love the videos. I just made the gfcf white bread today and it was good. My third time making gfcf bread. I was wondering if you don't do the sauna method does it come out drier.

  • Hey there! Glad you're enjoying the vids...It still works without the sauna method...but I could tell a definite difference...more moisture with sauna method for sure.

  • I love your videos! This is a recipe I've got to try, the gf/cf bread you buy in the store is crap. Your sound effect was so funny.

    Thanks Kimmy!!!

  • you are very welcome!!!

  • Way to go Kim. You truly have mastered the bread thing. You can smooth the top of the loaf down a little with the back of a wet spoon. With a wet knife you can gently split the top and it helps it come out to look a little more like a store bought loaf.

  • thank you so much donna...i don't know about "mastered" but i'm for sure feeling a little more comfortable with it...your tips have helped me TREMENDOUSLY :) thank you so much!! i can't wait to do the donnarollison wet spoon smoothing and wet knife splitting method..you're the best!!!

  • you make bread look sooooooo sexy

  • give me candy :-)

  • first you have to come on a my house ;)
