here's the cars I know that you can modify at loco low Co. :

1.Remington

2.Savana

3.Slamvan (the epic truck mostly found in Las Venturas)

4.Tornado (its like a voodoo but smaller)

5. Broadway (the cars for pimps)

6.Voodoo (you can modify,but it doesn't have an epic paint job)

I need to know more cars to modify at the loco low Co. with an awesome paint job
