Yes, I'm protestant too - but it really is a beautiful track isn't it ? It makes me wonder just how many more previously unknown tracks will still come to the surface.

Having loved Gene's music since I was about 15 (and I'm now turned 62) I have to say that this is without doubt the finest web site featuring him that I have found. I certainly didn't know of him having sung either this track or The Lords Prayer.

Neither did I until a year ago when a good friend of mine shipped it to me along with other rare G.P songs.I think this song is just great even though I`m not a catholic (protestant)

Oh, there are not many left now, Julie.I think I have them all, well I know Gene was working on a new album, but how far he came with it or how willing his son (Todd) is to go with it is to be seen.
